Frequently Asked Questions

 Our services are not currently covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). Most Extended Benefit Plans cover the treatments offered at the clinic. Check with your benefits provider for details. 

 Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment.  Your initial visit can not begin until your intake forms and consent forms are signed.  Upon booking your appointment, our receptionist will email you the relevant intake forms.  Please fill them out and bring them with you to your first appointment with your practitioner.

Your Initial Visit with a Naturopathic Doctor  will include:

• Review of your detailed health history form and review of systems
• Relevant physical exam
• Review of lab work or imaging that you bring with you to your visit
• 
  

If you have had any lab tests done within the past 6 months, please bring a copy with you to your initial appointment.

If you require more up to date diagnostic testing, then this can be done by your medical doctor or for a fee requisitioned by your Naturopathic Doctor.

 We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). All accounts are due at time of treatment.
