Dr. Noy is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She also holds a Bachelor of Science with an Honours Specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. With a strong foundation in both science and psychology, she takes an integrative, whole-person approach to care. She recognizes the connection between physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle.
Noy has a special interest in women’s health, hormone balance, stress management, gastrointestinal concerns, energy and fatigue, and weight management. In her practice, she commonly supports patients navigating hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, energy concerns, and overall wellness optimization. She is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies and the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms.
Noy takes a patient-centered and evidence-informed approach, working collaboratively with her patients to create individualized treatment plans. She believes in meeting patients where they are at and focuses on building sustainable, foundational changes that support long-term health. Her goal is to identify and address the root cause of health concerns while empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their well-being. Noy strongly believes in identifying and addressing the root cause of disease rather than simply managing symptoms. She integrates a variety of naturopathic modalities, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, supplementation, and acupuncture, to support the body’s natural ability to heal.
